By accessing, registering for, or using the glparty website located at glparty.net and any associated mobile applications, games, services, or features (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the glparty Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the glparty Platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of how you access the Platform (desktop browser, mobile browser, or dedicated mobile application) and regardless of the specific services you use within the Platform.

2.1 Minimum Age. The glparty Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration, consistent with the minimum legal gambling age applicable to PAGCOR-regulated online gaming activities in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Age Verification. glparty reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time at glparty's sole discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID, a Philippine passport, a driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), or such other government-issued identification as glparty may accept from time to time.

2.3 Jurisdiction. The glparty Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Users located outside the Philippines access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. glparty does not guarantee that the Platform is lawful to use in jurisdictions other than the Philippines.

2.4 Self-Declaration. By registering and using glparty, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not a compulsive or problem gambler and are not in a self-exclusion programme;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• The funds you use on the Platform are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of criminal activity.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active glparty account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. glparty reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts detected, and to forfeit any bonuses or winnings credited to duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

3.3 Non-Transferability. Your glparty account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your glparty account on your behalf.

3.4 Account Verification. glparty may, at any time, require you to complete an enhanced Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by glparty may result in temporary restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or other account functions until verification is complete.

4.1 User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your glparty account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your mobile device. All activity conducted through your glparty account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify glparty immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your glparty account. glparty is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to implement reasonable security measures or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. glparty strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. While 2FA is optional, glparty accepts no liability for losses suffered by Users who choose not to enable this security feature.

4.4 Phishing and Fraud. glparty will never contact you to request your full password or OTP via any channel including SMS, email, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from glparty and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to glparty support immediately.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. glparty accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods (subject to availability at the time of transaction): GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via payment kiosks), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. glparty reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the glparty account payment interface.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the glparty account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. glparty may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be subject to review periods, particularly for large amounts or for accounts that have not previously undergone full KYC verification.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the glparty Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Cryptocurrency values are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. glparty is obligated to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). glparty reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction suspected of being related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotions offered by glparty are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus credits and any associated winnings.

6.3 Abuse Prevention. glparty reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has abused the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics. Determination of abuse is at glparty's sole and reasonable discretion.

6.4 Eligibility. Bonus eligibility is limited to verified accounts belonging to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. glparty reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility based on account history, jurisdiction, or other criteria as communicated from time to time.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the glparty Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records maintained by glparty's servers shall constitute the definitive record, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 12.

7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of funds to a User's account, glparty reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the relevant stake(s). glparty shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the glparty Platform are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Outcomes are genuinely random and are not subject to manipulation by glparty or by any User. Any attempt by a User to manipulate game outcomes through technical means constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface and by the physical rules of the game as determined by the dealer. Where a dealing error occurs, the hand or round will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules as adjudicated by glparty.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the glparty Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account (whether in the same name or under different names or identities);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to gain an advantage over other players or glparty;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game;
• Using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any glparty software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing glparty staff or other users via any channel;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by glparty.

9.1 Commitment. glparty is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to ensuring that the Platform is used for entertainment purposes only and not as a financial resource. glparty provides tools within the account settings to help Users manage their gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

9.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to self-exclude from the glparty Platform may do so directly through the account dashboard under Responsible Gaming settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. glparty will not accept new registrations or circumvention attempts from self-excluded Users.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the glparty Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, audio, and video content ("Content"), is owned by or licensed to glparty and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10.2 Limited Licence. glparty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content on the Platform.

10.3 User Content. To the extent you submit any content to the Platform (including chat messages in live dealer rooms), you grant glparty a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and moderate such content.

11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. All gambling outcomes on the glparty Platform are determined by chance (for RNG games) or by the rules of the game (for live dealer and skill-influenced games). glparty makes no representation or warranty that you will win or profit from using the Platform. Past winnings are not indicative of future results.

11.2 Exclusions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, glparty shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill;
• Damages arising from third-party acts including network service provider outages or payment processor failures;
• Damages arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks beyond glparty's reasonable control.

11.3 Cap on Liability. To the extent any liability is found against glparty notwithstanding these exclusions, glparty's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Internal Resolution. In the event of any dispute relating to your use of the glparty Platform, including disputes relating to game outcomes, payment transactions, or bonus administration, you must first contact glparty's customer support at [email protected] and allow glparty a reasonable period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days to investigate and respond to your complaint.

12.2 Records. In resolving disputes, glparty's server-side transaction and game logs shall constitute the primary evidentiary record. glparty will make reasonable efforts to investigate all complaints fairly and to communicate outcomes to the affected User within the investigation period.

12.3 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with glparty's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established regulatory complaints process. glparty will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR regulatory inquiry.

glparty collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which glparty collects, uses, and protects your personal information is described in detail in the glparty Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

glparty will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your express consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Platform services (for example, to payment processors or identity verification providers).

glparty reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, glparty will provide notice via your registered email address or mobile number, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your glparty account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

The glparty Platform is operated in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming activities. Users acknowledge that PAGCOR has regulatory oversight authority over disputes between the operator and players that cannot be resolved through the internal disputes process.
