The glparty Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under 21 years of age. glparty does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If glparty becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, such data will be immediately deleted and the account closed without notice.
Any winnings accumulated in an account later determined to have been registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be forfeited in accordance with glparty's Terms & Conditions, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
